                               Mission Statement

            “Seeing Youth through a different Prism”

The Bloomfield Municipal Youth Guidance Council’s mission is to assist in coordinating and integrating community plans and services, governmental and voluntary, which are charged with affecting the welfare of the children of Bloomfield. The BMYGC is especially concerned with children who are exposed to conditions conducive to delinquency. It is our goal to coordinate community plans for the control of harmful influences within the community. The BMYGC shall formulate plans which we feel would be beneficial to the youth of Bloomfield.
